I’m Persis Singh— an Integrative Nutrition + Holistic Health Coach based in New York City.

I work with clients to cultivate greater wellbeing, vitality, and self-connection through individual coaching and group workshops, in-person and virtually.

I believe that cultivating joy and pleasure is central to holistic health— and this connection is the path and frequency for healing, transformation, and nurturing the inner fire of aliveness in each of us.

    I support you in exploring what true, multidimensional nourishment means for you — both on and off the plate — in a way that honors your unique bio-individuality, lifestyle, and resources.

  • Nervous System Regulation + Resilience

    I work with you to develop tools and practices for nervous system regulation, capacity, and resilience, to cultivate a sense of safety in the body and a foundation for healing, health, and mindset shifts.

  • Embodiment + Self-Connection

    I guide you in deepening your sense of embodiment and self-intimacy, as a path to connect with joy, intuition, pleasure, sensuality, self-trust, and your body’s innate wisdom and intelligence.

As an Integrative Health Coach, I am a supportive wellness guide, mentor, educator, and accountability partner that helps you achieve sustainable transformation in your health and wellbeing. Through my 1:1 coaching program, I take a client-centered approach and partner with you to achieve your unique health goals through individualized support and education, by exploring the 3 pillars of my unique coaching methodology, and by offering accessible practices and techniques for cultivating radiance, wellbeing, and vitality.

Workshop + Mini-Retreat: True Nourishment and Cultivating a Conscious Relationship with Food

I work with women* who:

  • Feel overwhelmed, stressed, and burnt out – in their careers and/or motherhood

  • Experience imbalance due to big life transitions– such as marriage, divorce, break-ups, new motherhood, career shifts, entrepreneurship, grief or loss

  • Struggle to find time for self-care and work/life balance

  • Feel busy but bored…and want to experience a sense of vitality, spirituality, and aliveness

  • Feel stagnant or stuck in their health journey and struggle to create lasting change

  • Struggle with dieting, emotional eating, and body-image

  • Are unable to find the time or motivation to exercise 

  • Feel tired and unenergized– and seek greater vibrancy and well-being

  • Are disconnected from their bodies and seek more embodiment and self-awareness

  • Feel estranged from their sensuality and want to channel more pleasure and joy

  • Are lonely and isolated, and crave a sense of community and deeper connection with others

Over the past 20 years, I have been deeply immersed in the study, exploration and ongoing practice of holistic health. I believe that individual and collective healing are deeply intertwined, and that creating conscious and inclusive spaces for connection, community, and care can be both radical and transformative.
