As an Integrative Health Coach, I am a supportive and compassionate wellness guide, mentor, and accountability partner that helps you transform your health and wellbeing from the inside out.

3-month Individual Coaching Program

My 3-month individual coaching program is a foundational framework designed for you to reset and re-align with your health goals and lay the groundwork for sustainable shifts and transformation. After our 3 months together, you will have the tools to create and sustain new habits in your wellness journey and nurture a lifestyle that honors your bio-individuality. 

This program includes:

  • 6 [60-minute] coaching sessions via Zoom

  • 1 [60-minute] goal-setting and visioning session

  • Unlimited support between sessions via email and Voxer messaging app

  • Customized recommendations and resources related to nutritional foundations, meal planning, nervous system regulation, yoga and mindful movement, and more

    >>> Optional add-ons for an additional fee (in person or via Zoom): private yoga, meditation and breathwork sessions; grocery store and/or natural food store tour; pantry and meal planning consultation

Investment: $1350

10% discount if paid in full or $450/month for 3 months

Holistic Health Coaching 3-Month Program Details

You will receive personalized 1:1 support via:

  • Over the course of 3 months, I will be a compassionate and supportive mentor and accountability partner. I take a client-centered approach and partner with you to achieve your unique health goals through individualized and customized support and education, and by offering accessible practices and techniques for cultivating your inner radiance, wellbeing, and vitality. 

  • At the start of the program, we will have a 60-minute onboarding, goal-setting, and visioning session to lay the groundwork of our coaching container, gain clarity on and establish your wellness vision and health goals, and create an action plan for our 3 months together.

  • We will have 2 x 60-minute coaching sessions each month, 6 total over our 3 months together, where we will do a deep dive on specific issues and challenges in your journey, and celebrate your progress!

  • In between our coaching sessions, I offer unlimited support via email and text (via Voxer). I will also reach out in-between our sessions to connect, check-in and provide additional support, if needed.

  • I offer curated resources, worksheets, and special gifts including books, health tools, my favorite products, and more.

  • For clients in the NYC area, I will take you on a 90-minute grocery and health food store tour, where we will discuss whole foods, seasonal eating, reading food labels, personalized suggestions, conventional vs. organic, supplements, and herbs. There will be a virtual option for remote clients. This is an add-on option for an additional fee.

  • As desired, I will incorporate and recommend meditation, somatic techniques, and breathwork into our sessions, and you have the option to reserve private yoga and meditation sessions for you or a small group, in person or via Zoom (for an additional fee).
