My Approach + Methodology 〰️

My practice as an Integrative Health Coach is guided by three pillars that are foundational to cultivating health holistically and multidimensionally, from the inside out.

These pillars are informed by my belief that joy and pleasure are key to wellness, and the purpose, path, and frequency for creating vitality and wellbeing in our lives.

By focusing on these three intersecting areas, I guide clients to explore their inner world and limiting beliefs, and adopt mindset shifts rooted in growth, self-compassion, empowerment, curiosity, and optimism. My work is centered on nurturing self-connection and self-trust — the embodiment of self-hood — where we practice befriending our bodies, recognizing our inherent wholeness, trusting our intuition, and honoring our body’s wisdom and capacity to heal.


The 3 Pillars: My Holistic Approach to Wellbeing

Pillar 1: True + Aligned Nourishment.

  • Understanding what true, multi-dimensional nourishment means for you in a way that honors your unique bio-individuality, lifestyle, and resources

  • Exploring Food as Medicine and establishing nutritional foundations for specific concerns — including gut health, brain health, detoxification, immunity, hormone health, and more

  • Developing a sustainable and pleasurable movement practice or exercise routine

  • Creating healthy sleep habits and restful routines

  • Holistic assessment of the areas in your life that nourish you, such as your relationships, your career, your home environment, your spirituality, your cultural identity, your finances, and more

  • Nurturing a more conscious and healthy relationship with food and your body

  • Cooking and eating as art and practice — developing a home cooking practice and exploring the relationship between food and spirituality

  • The art of slowing down— being/flowing vs. doing/going

Pillar II: Nervous System Regulation + Resilience.

  • Cultivating nervous system regulation, capacity, and resilience through mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, somatic techniques, and lifestyle shifts

  • Creating a sense of safety and ease in the body to facilitate healing and health

  • Adopting a growth mindset rooted in self-awareness, empowerment, resiliency, curiosity, self-compassion, and wholeness

  • Exploring nourishing self-care practices and rituals to create presence and ease within your body

  • Befriending your body and generating trust in your body’s ability to heal and repair

  • Removing stuck energy in the mind and body to create a sense of flow on multiple levels

Pillar III: Embodiment + Self-Connection.

  • Cultivating joy, celebration, pleasure, and flow in your everyday life

  • Deepening embodied self-awareness, self-intimacy, and the capacity for discernment of our needs and desires

  • Nurturing your sensuality and dropping into your sensual self

  • Strengthening your connection to intuition and your body’s intelligence

  • Cultivating a spiritual practice and sacred resonance in your life

  • Incorporating creativity and play into the everyday

  • Connecting to Eros, our sexual energy and life force, and exploring sexuality and intimacy as a pillar of wellness

I believe there is a fire of aliveness and vitality that exists in each of us. When we approach nourishment holistically and multidimensionally, we create a foundation that allows this fire of aliveness to burn. When we over-nourish or under-nourish, we smother or starve this fire… but when there is balance, we feed our inner fire of vitality, and it grows. And we hunger for more— more love, more joy, more art, more play, more pleasure, more connection… more life.
